The MoveMend Physio Coaching Soccer Performance Program was developed by our Doctor of Physical Therapy & former collegiate athlete specifically for soccer players. 

This program includes a step-by-step program that uses evidence-based exercises proven to reduce common soccer injuries & designed to improve performance, agility, speed, and power. MoveMend’s Physio Coaching Soccer Performance Program delivers all of this with options to fit the needs of any soccer player, team, or coach.

What equipment do I need?

Most of the program has been designed to be performed at home with minimal equipment needed. Basic dumbbells, resistance bands, and a physioball are recommended.

What will the experts test on me?

Gold standard dynamometry testing, 40-yard dash, Change in direction drill for time , Single leg Triple hop testing , & Vertical Jump height.

What are the expected outcomes of using this program?

1. Dynamometry results should improve by 15-20%, indicating greater leg strength
2. 40-yard dash improvement by 0.20 seconds
3. Change in direction drill improvement by 0.20 seconds
4. Single leg hop testing: athletes should demonstrate improved control on single leg, with an end goal of having less than a 10% difference in hop distance between limbs
